Mr. Derek A. Drover of Shearstown passed peacefully away at the Private Josiah Squibb Memorial Pavilion, Carbonear surrounded by his loving family on Monday, August 7, 2023. Mr. Drover was 72 years old.
He leaves to mourn his loving family:
Wife: Donna
Children: Derek (Jami), Dean (Krystle), & Deanne (Robert)
Grandchildren: Derek, Denika, Logan, Clarie, & Lily
And a large circle of loving family & friends…

Parents: George & Jessica Drover
Granddaughter: Faith
The family will be receiving relatives and friends at Slade’s Funeral Home, L.T. Stick Drive, Bay Roberts on Tuesday: 7-9 P.M. and Wednesday: 10 A.M. – 12 Noon.
In lieu of flowers, as expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, St. Mark’s Anglican Church, or to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, August 9, 2023 at 2 P.M. from St. Mark’s Anglican Church, Shearstown. Interment will take place at a later date.
