Denise Gauthier Obituary
It is with great sadness that the family of Denise Gauthier announce her passing on Friday August 16, 2024, at the North Bay Regional Health Centre, at the age of 61. She suffered from rheumatoid arthritis for most of her life and more recently was diagnosed with cancer. While we will miss her enormously, the family takes comfort in the fact that Denise is no longer suffering.
Denise was a loving daughter to Eliette Gauthier (nee Hebert) and Arthur Gauthier (predeceased), cherished sister to Gary Gauthier (Cathy), Christine Gervais (Cliff), and Richard Gauthier (Lise), and will affectionately be remembered by her nieces Melissa Siebens, Adrianne Gauthier, and Nathalie Gauthier and her nephew Eric Gauthier.
As per Denise’s wishes, cremation has taken place, and the family will be receiving visitors at McGuinty Funeral Home (North Bay) on Wednesday, August 28, 2024, between the hours of 5 pm to 7 pm. A prayer service will follow in the McGuinty Funeral Home Chapel (North Bay) at 7 pm. If desired, donations to the Canadian Rheumatology Association or the Canadian Cancer Society would be gratefully acknowledged by her family.
