ROBINSON, Dawn Loretta – Passed away peacefully with family by her side, on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, at the Ross Memorial Hospital. Dawn at the age of 72, was the beloved wife of Larry Robinson. Loving stepmother to Anna Robinson (Chris). Cherished Grandma to Brianna and Lincoln. Dawn is predeceased by her parents James and Audrey Murray and survived by her sister, Gale Hunt (Edgar), in-laws, Bruce and Dorothy Robinson, her sister-in-law Laurie Brakeboer (Wayne), and brother-in-law’s, Dave Robinson (Sandra), and Bill Robinson (Tara). Dawn will be missed by her puppy, Penny, and cat, Boots, nephew Matt Hunt (Mira), as well as many other nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Together Dawn and Larry ran their marine business in Cameron. Dawn was Larry’s right-hand person, while making sure the day-to-day operations ran smoothly, and taking care of the administration.
In keeping with Dawn’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will take place at a later date. If desired, a memorial donation may be made to the Humane Society of Kawartha Lakes, which would be appreciated by the family.
