Passed away peacefully at Oshawa Lakeridge Hospital surrounded by family on Saturday, December 21, 2024, at 64 years of age. Survived by his daughter Kalene (Graham), his son Caleb, and grandchildren Nolan and Wyatt. Loved and adored by his siblings, Carol (Dave) Tinkess, Sharon (Richard) Gaudet, Debbie (Garey) Gordon and Doug (Dana) Genno. Predeceased by his mother Laura, his father Ken, sisters Linda (Eugene) and Donna (late Ken). David will be greatly missed by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews, as well as his extended family and friends. A special thank-you to the nurses, support staff and doctors at the Oshawa Lakeridge Hospital for their care.
Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life along with a private family Interment will be held in the spring. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to either the Canadian Cancer Society or the Canadian Liver Foundation. Arrangements entrusted to Payne Funeral Home in Odessa.
