David Seaman
1972-2023
David passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family. He survived by his loving wife Sandy, children Megan (Jeremy) and Emma, parents Gail and Derek (Diane), sister Erin (Steve), nieces Kaitlyn, Olivia, Rachel and Madison and in laws Joe, Lucy and Jennifer (Andrew). He is also mourned by his extended family and friends who have all played an important roll in his life.
David had a passion for cooking and worked as a professional chef for over 25 years. His passion was inspired at an early age by his grandmother, Leona, growing up they spent many hours cooking together. Nothing made him happier than being able to apply his creativity and seeing people enjoy his cooking.
David was a hard working, reliable and dedicated person, always there lending a helping hand to anyone that needed it. He enjoyed meeting new people, and his sunny, warm disposition made him many friends along the way. He always found a way to see the positive in everyone and every situation. David loved to travel with his family, with Paris holding a special place in his heart.
On Sunday’s you can guarantee you would find David watching football. He was a dedicated Alouettes and Buccaneers fan. Every Sunday, great memories were created this past year, as family, friends and of course his loyal best friend, his dog Lebron, gathered with him to watch football.
Heartfelt gratitude to David’s special caregivers, Dr Zigby, Olive and the staff at Nova and CLSC, for their exceptional care and support they provided to David and his family throughout this. Special thanks to his aunt Judy for presence and emotional support throughout this time.
The family will receive sympathies at Yves Legare Funeral Home, located at 14370 Pierrefonds Blvd., Pierrefonds on November 8th 2023 from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.
