Obituary
STEWART, David…passed away at Trenton Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, November 22, 2023 at the age of 87 years. Loving husband of Dorothy Groves-Stewart and the late Marlene Stewart (nee Harp). Loving father of Donald Stewart & his wife Sandra, Garry Stewart & his wife Haruko and predeceased by his daughter Debbie Stewart-Obedkoff & her surviving husband Fred. Dave was loved by Dorothy’s family; Daughter Marianne Cowlard & her husband Cliff and daughter Trish Barriage & husband Peter. Sadly missed by his grandchildren; Erin, Katelyn, Lauren, Lina, Kaito, Gregory, Stephanie, Paul, Janet and all his great grandchildren. David will be lovingly remembered by his siblings; Robert, Margaret and the late Raymond. Fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Weaver – East, 29 Bay St., Trenton on Wednesday November 29th, 2023 from 10:30am – 12:00pm, followed by Mass of Christian Burial at St. Peter’s Catholic Church at 1:00pm. Cremation to follow. Due to some underlying medical concerns the family would request all guests to wear a mask when attending the visitation.
