David Henry Bower, 91, born on February 4th, 1933 in Es, England, passed away peacefully into the presence of his Savior on December 11th, 2024 in Bowmanville, ON.
David is predeceased by his parents, Frederick and Marjorie Bower; brother-in-law Ronald Rice and great nephew Shaun Coulter. He is survived and deeply missed by his wife of 64 years Marilyn Bower and 3 sons; Keith (Laurel) Bower, Jeff Bower (fiancé Gessica Haase), Doug (Tanya) Bower. David is lovingly remembered by his 5 grandchildren Ashley, Findley, Scotia, Tess and Georgia; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
David was a deeply beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend. Throughout his entire life, David held an unwavering faith in God, which he shared with everyone around him. David was very active in his church community as a Sunday school teacher, a choir member, and a church greeter. He was also a long time employee at the printing company R L Crain with a great love for soccer and the Boston Bruins.
The impact David had on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him was profound and everlasting. His kind and loving spirit will live on in our hearts forever.

A Celebration of Life service will be held in the New Year. More details will follow shortly.
