Darrell’s Obituary
It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Darrell Gordon Winsor announces his passing from the Central Newfoundland Regional Health Centre, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL on Monday, September 25, 2023, aged 44 years.
Left with endless precious memories is his life partner of 19 years, Christa-Lee Bath; precious daughter, Madison Winsor; puppy, Sadie; siblings, Pauline Janes (Rodger), Paul Winsor (Lisa Rose); mother-in-law, Sandra Ward (Cecil); siblings-in-law, Chris Bath (Judy), Craig Bath (Matilda), Colin Bath (Patricia); nieces, Theresa Janes, Emma Bath, Miley Bath, Claire Bath, Sofia Bath; nephews, Trevor Janes, Joshua Bath, Joey Bath; as well as a large circle of aunts, uncles, extended family and many, many friends.
Darrell is predeceased by his parents, Gordon and Marion Winsor; grandparents, Manuel and Maggie Winsor, Leslie and Hilda Noble; sister-in-law, Tanya Noble; great niece, Faith Janes; father-in-law, Tom Bath.
Public visitations will take place from The Salvation Army Citadel, La Scie, NL on Thursday, September 28, 2023 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm.
The funeral service will take place from The Salvation Army Citadel, La Scie, NL on Friday, September 29, 2023 at 1 pm, with Major Kay Barnes officiating. Interment will follow from the United Church Cemetery, Nipper’s Harbour, NL.
As an expression of sympathy, flowers are gratefully accepted.
