Shirley and Family,
We were so sorry to hear of Nick’s passing. We always enjoyed seeing him and Ross tells many tales of their time at the mill. Ross so enjoyed it when he & John came to the house for a visit a few years ago. They laughed, told stories and enjoyed a couple of beer. Treasure the memories Shirley. May he Rest in Peace. Sorry to hear of his passing. He was a great guy, and the minute he entered a room you knew who it was by his signature laugh.

A real special person, a good friend, and never a dull moment when Nik was in the room.

I loved him so much! Never had I met someone like Nick before. He was the greatest breath of fresh air and he had a way of making you feel as though you were the most special person in the room. His ability to connect with people was second to none. I will miss him forever! His laugh, his smile, his voice and his gait will forever be marked on my heart and remain with me as the best memories. We lost a true legend!

Dear Shirley and family, as you suffer the sorrowful loss of your husband, father and grandfather, know that my heart aches for each of you. I too, am heart broken, for the loss of my brother Nicholas. He left without warning. And gone so fast. I will miss much about my brother. Especially, his innate sense of humour and his robust joyful laugh. To quote my brother “a little beauty” has left us.

For Grief
When you lose someone you love,
Your life becomes strange,
The ground beneath you becomes fragile,
Your thoughts make your eyes unsure;

To my dearest Uncle Nick in heaven … it is with a heavy heart, that I say good bye. You are one in a million .. you are a very special Soul to us all. Your genuine laughter, will continue to ring on. You are blessed with a beautiful wife and family, with sons and daughters, and grandchildren galore!! Your footprint of spirit lives on in all of our hearts. We all will miss the sound of your voice, your sound advice, encouraging words, and just being able to shoot-the-breeze with you .. as you would say, ” .. talk to yah later little buddy .. ” until we meet again on the other side.
