It is with profound sadness that the family of Cynthia De Santis Fuoco announce her passing on March 14th at the age of 51 years after a brief illness faced with much courage. Cynthia was the cherished wife of James Fuoco for 28 wonderful years, and the devoted mother of Joshua and Julian, and baby Samuel (deceased).
Cynthia’s life was filled with joy and love for her family. She loved to travel with her husband and sons, or as she called them – “my babies”. Over the years, she employed her entrepreneurial skills to run several small businesses out of her home, so she could always be available to her children when they were growing up.
Her generosity of spirit was legendary, always ready to help, as was her love for Jesus and selfless dedication to her Christian community, working as the church administrator at Rosemount Bible Church.Cynthia’s lively disposition and humility were inspiring to all who knew her. She possessed a great sense of humour, her hearty laugh resonating at every gathering of family and friends.
Cynthia was beloved by all. She will be deeply missed by her loving husband James Fuoco, and her precious sons Joshua and Julian, her siblings Angela, Michael (Lynne), Matthew (Carole), Venasto (Danielle), Debi (Francis), brother in-law Geno (Linda), sister in-law Lena (David), Michael (Gina), Giulio (Helene), Steven (Laura) and many nephews, nieces, great-nephews and great-nieces.
A Memorial Service will be held at Good News Chapel, located at 5845 Bd Couture, Saint-Léonard, QC H1P 1A8 on Saturday March 23 from 11 am to 12 pm. The family will receive condolences immediately following the service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Rosemount Bible Church (rbc.qc.ca) or to the Cedar Cancer Foundation (cedars.ca).
