Peacefully, at home, surrounded by her family, on Tuesday, December 26, 2023, in her ninety-fourth year. Devoted wife of the late Naji. Cherished mother and mother-in-law of Mayer and Tsippi Iny of Israel, Rita and Herman Link of Holland, Ronnie Iny and Christine Barillet, Vera and Allan Gourdji. Adoring Nana treasured by her grandchildren, Danny and Bhoomi, Yoni and Kirsi, Ari and May; Maya and Tycho, Jonah and Eefje; Joelle and Ross, Jessica and Aaron, and Talia. Proud great-grandmother of Priya, Micah, Nino, Mia, Elsa, and Hannah. Dearest sister and sister-in-law of Nouri and Evelyn Ezra, Katie and the late Shaul Ezra, the late Hilda and the late Shlomo Iny; and sister-in-law of the late Heskel and the late Victoria Iny, the late Khadouri and the late Lucienne Iny, the late Flora and the late Daoud Isehayek, the late Naim and the late Hilda Iny, the late Rosa and the late Eliahou Iny. Claire will be lovingly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, family, and all who knew her. Sincere gratitude to Yossi and Pamela Iny for their loving support. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Wednesday, December 27 at 1:00 p.m. Burial at the Spanish & Portuguese Congregation Cemetery, 1250 ch. de la Forêt.
