Obituary of Christine Mary Mercier
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Christine Mary Mercier which occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Friday, November 29, 2024. Born December 25, 1955, in Worcester, Massachusetts, she was a daughter of the late Wilfred and Victoria (LeBlanc) Mercier.
Christine was a true artist at heart, she loved walking through nature taking pictures. She loved painting, sketching, philosophy and music, but her true joy was her kids and grandkids.
Christine leaves behind her children, Joline LeBlanc (Wayne Best), Matthieu LeBlanc (Nicole); brothers, Ronald Mercier (Stasia), Robert Mercier (Nancy); sisters, Carole Anne Molinski (John), Joan Grady (James); grandchildren, Alexandre and Zoë, whom she loved with all her heart; as well several nieces and nephews.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB, (506-634-7424). Visitation will take place on Thursday, December 5, 2024, from 2:00 – 4:00 PM. A Funeral Service will follow from the Brenan’s Chapel beginning at 4:00 PM. Donations in memory of Christine may be made to Cure HHT Canada or Diabetes Canada.
