Christine Gibson Obituary
It is with sadness we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved Christine in the comfort of her own home on
Tuesday January 2, 2024 surrounded by her loving family.
Loving wife of 64 years to Phillip Gibson. Adoring mother to David (Frances) and Denise.
Forever remembered by her grandchildren Kim (Aubrey) and Paige (James) and great-grandchild Leo, her sister Enid Brazier and brother John (Valerie) Baldwin. Special aunt to Kim, Claire and Sarah.
Christine was a member and served many years at The Peoples Church in Toronto. She was an avid painter with ceramics and watercolors. She was an outdoor enthusiast and loved spending time at the Cottage with the family. She enjoyed knitting sweaters for the grandkids.
As per her request, cremation has taken place and a celebration of her life will follow at the family home.
In lieu of flowers, donations in honor of Christine can be made to the Parkinson’s Foundation,
which would be appreciated by the family. (Please see donation link below)
