Obituary
The family is heartbroken to announce that Elsie passed away peacefully at Mackenzie Health Hospital, on Saturday, November 25, 2023. Elsie is survived by her adoring parents Chong Ye and Chiu Jung, her loving siblings Teresa, Lucy, Michael, Sheng, brother-in-law Hsien Li, sisters-in-law Ally and Lydia, nephews Daniel, Justin, Jason, Brian, niece Tiffany and niece-in-law Andrea. Elsie approached her life with the spirit of her Catholic faith and God on her side. She was an outgoing and bubbly force of nature with a huge personality and sense of humour to match. Her love for travel had taken her to many places around the world. Her friends and family will dearly miss her electric smile and her generous heart. She will be remembered forever by all whose lives she touched.
