Captain Michael McConnell
August 6, 1969 – February 6, 2024
Michael passed away peacefully on Tuesday February 6th, 2024 at the Milton District Hospital at the age of 54 years.
Beloved son of Murray McConnell and the late Arlene McConnell (2013). Father of Sean and Ian McConnell.
Mike was life long team member of the Milton Fire Department and passed away as a Captain.
Visitation will be held at the McKersie & Early Funeral Home, 114 Main Street East, Milton, ON on
Thursday February 8, 2024 from 2:00pm – 4:00pm and 6:00pm – 8:00pm.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Holy Rosary Parish, 139 Martin Street, Milton, ON, on
Friday February 9th, 2024 at 11:00am. Private cremation for follow. Reception to be held in the church hall.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to Oakville – Milton Humane Society or
Townsend – Smith Hospice Foundation would be appreciated.
