Obituary of Brian Maxwell Lambert
Lambert, Brian Maxwell
Passed away at Ross Memorial Hospital on September 21st, 2024.
Beloved son of Maxwell Josiah Lambert and Grace Leona Junkin. Husband of Sue Lambert (nee Nichols) for over 40 years. Dear father of Jennifer Kulz, Nathan and Andrew Lambert. Grandfather of Colton and Ainsley Kulz and Pippa and Jack Lambert. Brian is survived by his sister Joan (nee Lambert) Ward. Brian will be dearly missed by many more family and friends.
Brian had his struggles with mental health in his later years, but he will be remembered by the so many good years with his family and friends. He spent much of his time during winters in his younger years logging with teams of horses alongside his father Max at the Squaw River property. He enjoyed spending time raising and competing many sport hunting dogs.
He also enjoyed the many gatherings with friends and family at this property over his life.
He was a dedicated father and very focused on supporting his family. He worked hard at his job delivering home heating fuels in the Bobcaygeon and area for almost 40 years and would often work evenings and weekends cutting firewood, where he gained the nickname from his friends as “woody”. Brian enjoyed spending time with his friends and family in the outdoors. He loved to fish and hunt and passed this love on to his two sons.
Cremation has taken place with a private family Inurnment. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, the Canadian Mental Health Association or Sickids Foundation by calling 705-738-3222 or by visiting www.hendrenfuneralhome.com
