1943-2024
It is with great sadness that we announce that Brian passed away peacefully on April 3, 2024, surrounded by his family,
after a brief illness.
Brian was born in Etobicoke, Ontario and attended the University of Toronto where he received Degrees in Chemical Engineering
and an MBA. Brian worked for IBM for over 40 years in technical sales and database development.
He was very active in volunteer work in Mississauga, Ontario where he coached baseball and girl’s hockey, as well as umpiring. When he moved to Milton in 2001, he became involved with the Milton Concert Band, the Milton Film Festival and Heritage Milton for the purpose of preserving older buildings. He loved playing golf in the summer and volunteered with the Ontario Golf Association.
He was very proud to be invited to work with the Invictus Games.
He will be missed by his loving wife Kathy, cherished children Steve (Jennifer) and Barb (Kevin) as well as his two adored grandsons Quinn and Ethan and his extended family.
A private cremation has already taken place and a memorial ceremony will occur later in the Spring.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Canadian Wildlife Foundation (CWF) or Parks Canada would be greatly appreciated by the family.
