Peacefully, on Thursday, December 14, 2023, in her eighty-fifth year. Beloved wife of the late Stanley. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Glenda Schoel, Janet Schoel and Paul Dungey. Proud and loving Bubbie of Mikayla and Kevin, Ellis, and Harrison. Dearest sister and sister-in-law of Saralea Altman, the late Sonny and the late Helen Altman; and sister-in-law of Michael Schoel, Gerald and the late Sandra Schoel. She will be lovingly remembered by her nieces, nephews, family, and friends. Special thanks to her longtime caregiver Aida, as well as the staff at Pearl and Theo Residence for their compassionate care. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Sunday, December 17 at 11:00 a.m. Burial at the Shaar Shalom Congregation Section, Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Duvernay.
