William “Bill” John Walter of Chepstow passed away suddenly on Thursday, August 31, 2023, at home doing what he loved most in his 67th year. Beloved husband of Brenda, and father of Mike (Kelly) of Walkerton and John (Rachel) of London. Bill was the proud Papa of Dylan, Hayley, Natalie, Ryleigh, Jackson, and Aubrey. He will be missed by his brother Harold (Evelyn) Walter of Walkerton, sisters Eileen Weishar of Chepstow, Sharon (Rob) Borho of Formosa, Joan (Don) Berberich of Waterloo, Marie (Rob) Hehn of Grand Bend, Pat (Carl) Goll of Walkerton, and sister-in-law Marg Walter of St. Thomas. Bill will be remembered by his mother-in-law Mary Dales, and all the Dales Family, along with many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his parents Frank and Margaret (nee Lang), brother Norman and sister Geraldine in infancy, brother Len, brothers-in-law Jerome Graf, Morris Graf, Bob Weishar, sister-in-law Cathy Dales and Karen Burns, and father-in-law John Dales.
Friends and relatives are invited for visitation from 2:00 pm. to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 7, 2023, at Cameron’s in Walkerton. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 8, 2023, at Mary Immaculate Church, Chepstow. Fr. David Walter officiating. Celebration and lunch to follow at the Chepstow Community Hall.
Interment in Mary Immaculate Cemetery, Chepstow.
