With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Beverley Nemeth on January 29, 2024.
Survived by loving husband Robert Geary, together since early 2003. Cherished stepmother of Ryan Geary.
Predeceased by parents Charles and Georgia (Burgess) Nemeth as well as brother Richard and sister Donna.
Survived by Michael Nemeth, cousin Anna Tymec, niece Michelle Cross, nephew Jeff Nemeth, nephew Spencer Percy and niece Morgan Percy as well by their spouses and children.
Beverley will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Beverley fought a neurological disease bravely and with dignity for the last 14 years.
Beverley was with the Windsor Police for 33 years retiring as a Special Constable. She had greatly enjoyed the lunch get-togethers with other retired Police women she worked with over her career.
The great PSW care from A.L.S.O over the years allowed Bev to maintain her independence. Thank you to the WRH Ouellette Campus, 7 West nurses and staff and the Palliative Care provided by Dr. Kevin Tremblay and Dr. Joseph Zakaria. The appreciated counsel given by Chaplain Rev. Tom Anderson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the ALS society and the Windsor/Es County Humane Society.
Memorial visiting will be held on Tuesday, February 6, 2024 from 3:00pm-5:00pm and 7:00pm-9-00pm. Visiting will resume on Wednesday, February 7, 2024 from 10:00am until time of service at 11:15am, Rev. Tom Anderson to officiate at Families First South Windsor (3260 Dougall Ave. Windsor 519-969-5841).
