McKerracher, Beverley Sheila – It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Beverley at the Hastings Manor in Belleville on Thursday, August 29th, 2024, in her 92nd year. Cherished daughter of the late Earl and Evelyn Blackwood. Beloved wife of the late Paul Martin McKerracher (1998). Will be sadly missed by her children Randy McKerracher and his wife Sandy, Richard McKerracher and his wife Nicole, and the late Rodney McKerracher. Ever loved by her grandchildren Kristen (Mike), Jeff (Brittany), Cory (Shelby), Nathan (Bree), Noah, Aiden, step grandchildren Tanner and Tessa, and great-grandmother to Ronin, Kennedy, James, Edisyn, Lochlan, and Merrick. Survived by her sister Shirley Funder and her late husband Clifford. Predeceased by her and special cousin Joan Moak and her late husband Stirling.
Beverley was a lifelong member of the Quinte Rebekah Lodge135 in which she held many positions throughout her time there. Beverley was a secretary for the Red Cross office in Belleville. The family will receive friends at Westminster United Church (1199 Wallbridge Loyalist Road, Belleville) on Saturday, September 21st, 2024 from 12noon till 1:00p.m. A memorial service will follow at 1:00p.m. Rev. Richard Hamilton officiating. Interment Belleville Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, Heart & Stroke Foundation or Camp Trillium Capital Fund would be appreciated by the family.
