It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Bernice Ryan who passed away peacefully with her daughter and granddaughter by her side on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, at Sunset Extendicare Home at the age of 76 years.
Bernice was predeceased by her parents, Suzannah and George Ryan; son-in-law, Mike Roy; sister-in-law, Jackie Ryan; and brothers-in-law, George, Jim, and Doug Orr. She is survived by her daughter, Maggie Roy; grandchildren, Khrishtian David (Savannah), Brandon David, and Sabrina David; great-grandchildren, Freya, Dorothy, and Elias; her only brother, Jack Ryan (Lori); nephews, John Ryan (Cathy), Jeff Ryan (Lucy); niece, Kathleen Low (Doug); sister-in-law, Sheila Popoff; and her ex-husband, who was like her best friend, John Orr.
Bernice will be greatly missed and will always be loved by her family, friends, coworkers of Classic Buffet Company where she worked for 22 years, and the many customers she served there.
Memorial Service will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina, SK, on Saturday, February 17, at 1:00 p.m. Reception and Celebration of Life will follow at Jolly Roger Tavern, 4109 5th Avenue, Regina, SK.
Honorary pallbearers will be nephews, John Ryan and Jeff Ryan; grandsons, Khrishtian David and Brandon David; and great-grandson, Elias David Priaulx. The Eulogist will be Dave Eger.
