It is with great love that we sadly announce the passing of Ben Sevack on Monday, April 15, 2024, after a full life in his one hundred and first year. Beloved husband of the late Eve Cheroff. Loving father and father-in-law of Ruth and Jean Marc, Lloyd and Cheryl, and the late Maxine. Proud grandfather of Alexine (husband Andrew), Lauren (husband Steve), and Jenna (partner Ames), and great-grandfather of James, Oscar, Zara, Kennedy, and Grace. Ben was a loving man, and will be deeply missed by his nieces, nephews, family, friends, and all those who knew him.
Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Thursday, April 18 at 11:00 a.m. Burial at the Temple Emanu-El-Beth Sholom Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield. Shiva and visitation at 145 rue Manuel (D.D.O.) Thursday from 3:00 to 5:30 p.m., and from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., and Friday from 12:00 noon to 3:00 p.m. Donations in Ben’s memory may be made to the charity of your choice.
