Obituary of Beatrice O’Connor
It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Beatrice O’Connor. She passed away peacefully at 100 years of age on October 21st, 2024. Loving wife of the late Matthew O’Connor (1994) together they shared 48 years of marriage. Beatrice was a loving mother to Michael (Susan) O’Connor, Duane (Laura) O’Connor, and Patrick O’Connor (2002) and wife Rochelle Deslippe. Caring grandmother to Carrie (Jeff) Orlando, Kimberly (Doug) Leahy, Keith (Annie) O’Connor, John O’Connor, Mary Lynn O’Connor, Shannon O’Connor, and Mattison O’Connor. As well as a great grandmother to Clara, Catherine, Connor, Briggs, Madeleine and Jane. She was a sister to Hubert (Marilyn) Renaud and sister-in-law to Donna (Paul) Renaud, Doreen (Marcel) Dennis, Terry (Helen), Jack (Louise), Rita (Joe) and Richard (Ann). Beatrice will be deeply missed by her many nieces, nephews and friends. What a grand life, 100 years old, we will forever miss you!
A visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd E. (519-253-7234) on Thursday, October 24, 2024 from 2:00 – 5:00 pm and 7:00 – 9:00 pm. Parish Prayers at 7:00 pm. Visitation will continue on Friday, October 25, 2024 at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church (4401 Mt Royal Dr) from 10:00 am until the time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am. Burial at Heavenly Rest Cemetery. In memory of Beatrice, donations may be made out to The Hospice of Windsor-Es County, The Heart and Stroke Foundation or The Cardiac Wellness.
