It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Beatrice Jane Kaszas on August 10, 2024, at home in Saskatoon SK. Born in Saskatoon on May 23, 1950, she lived a shorter life than we had hoped for but sometimes it is for the better.
Jane will be buried Tuesday August 20th at 2:00pm at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
Jane was born, raised and spent her entire life in Saskatoon. She attended Westmount School and Bedford Road Collegiate. Jane was always a person there for everyone no matter how big or small the problem. One that comes to mind was Brittiny, Dan and the children coming to stay with us over Christmas and a few days longer, all she said was they were coming to stay all I had to say ”well I guess we will find space for everyone”. This was the way she was always a solution, some good, some not as good but they seemed to work.
Left to mourn her passing are her husband of 55 years Eugene, sons Kenneth and Marty (Joeleen), daughter Cassandra (Kal) grandson Kadeyn and special granddaughter Brittiny (Dan) children Bodhi and Willow. Brother David (Ginny) children Victoria and Fred, nephews Murray and Dave Matheson, sisters Dianne (Brian) children Marie, Serena and Cheri, Beverly children Rick and Kris, Doris children Tasha, Gary, Zach and Courtney. Brother in law Ernie (Janet) children Darren, Kelly and Carrie sister in laws Linda (Darrel) children Casey and Curtis, Donna children James and Nicole and special friend Shelley (Norm). Numerous cousins and friends.
Jane was predeceased by her grandparents, parents Elmer and Evelyn, sister Iris and mother in law Katherine also numerous aunts and uncles and cousins.
Jane became sickly in her later years which was hard on her because she never wanted to be a burden to anyone. Her one saving angel was her sister Bev who was always there with a shoulder for her to unload on. Thanks Bev for everything.
