Passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, at Grand River Hospital, Kitchener. Barry was born 62 years ago, a son of Hollice Stock and the late Betty Stock (nee Jacobs).
Loving brother of Charles “Chuck” (deceased) and David and Lorena Stock. He will be deeply missed by niece Ashley (Jon) and nephew Jordan (Cody). Barry will also be missed by his best friend Tammy Bellingham and her husband Tim.
Barry enjoyed skiing and golfing, sitting on his porch in New Hamburg visiting with his friends and family. He was employed by the Island airport and obtained his pilot license. Barry was the owner operator of Barry Stock Transport. He had a love for food and enjoyed his pizza, wings and burger parties with those closest to him.
Relatives and friends are invited to the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home, 291 Huron Street, New Hamburg on Saturday, October 19, 2024, for a time of memorial visitation from 11:30 – 1:00 p.m. A memorial service will follow at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Tanya Varner to officiate. Interment at Riverside Cemetery at a later date.
As expressions of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be accepted to the Canadian Diabetes Association and can be done through the funeral home.
