Barbara Lydia Zanatta
October 14, 1935 – October 20, 2023
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Barbara Zanatta, at the age of 88 years. Beloved wife of Lindo “Tat” Zanatta. Loving mother of Gerry and his wife Corey and John and his wife Shirley. Dear grandmother of 4 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Sister of Murray McConnell. Barbara was predeceased by her parents, Hazel (nee: Dredge) and Mike McConnell and her brother Wayne.
Barb gave of herself throughout 70 years of marriage and always supported the family business while keeping the home fires burning, with fabulous cooking. Barbara also loved to play cards, but most of all she loved time spent her family. She gave the good fight right until the very and was still making plans for tomorrow. She will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends.
Resting at McKersie & Early Funeral Home, 114 Main St. E., Milton, ON (905-878-4452), where the family will receive friends on Tuesday October 24th, 2023 from 6-8 pm. The funeral service will be held in the funeral chapel on Thursday October 25th, 2023 at 11 o’clock a.m. Private cremation services will follow.
