It’s with deep sadness we announce the passing of our mother/grandmother/great-grandmother, Audrey Penner, at the age of 88 on March 27th, 2023 at Brookhaven Care Centre.
Audrey was born in Ukraina, MB on December 27, 1934, and is survived by her children Roger and Cheryl Penner (Rod Reid), grandchildren Chris Iskiw, Keaton (Cheyenne Dedla) and Brenlee Reid and great-granddaughter, Indy.
Audrey is predeceased by her husband John, daughter-in-law Kathy and step-granddaughter Shannon Iskiw.
Audrey was a doting wife/mother/grandmother/great-grandmother who will be dearly missed by her family. She was meticulous in everything she did and relished her time with family; especially her grandchildren who motivated a move from Calgary to West Kelowna so that she and John could be closer to them. Her love of cooking and baking was not lost on family and friends, and we all enjoyed our regular Sunday dinners together.
We would like to thank Pam and all the amazing nursing staff and caregivers at Brookhaven for their compassion and support during this difficult time.
