It is with heavy heart that we announce the passing of Antonio Di Vecchia on October 15, 2024. Antonio was born in the town of Sant’ Eufemia a Maiella, Pescara, Italy on April 22, 1958. His journey in life was marked by his strength, humility and generosity, touching the lives of many with his kindness. He is survived by his dear brother, Francesco (Helsey).
Antonio’s life was a testament to hard work and integrity. He was a man who found joy in the simple pleasures: sharing a good meal, growing his garden, helping others and spending time with those he loved. His laughter, his gentle presence and his warm smile will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Though our hearts are heavy with loss, we find comfort in knowing that Antonio is at peace in the embrace of the Lord. His memory will live on in the stories we share.
Rest in peace, Antonio. You will be forever missed, but never forgotten.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 18th from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at MARSHALL FUNERAL HOME, 10366 Yonge Street, Richmond Hill. Funeral mass will be held on Saturday, October 19th at 10 a.m. in St. Mary Immaculate Catholic Church, 10295 Yonge Street, Richmond Hill. Interment Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery, 8361 Yonge Street, Thornhill.
