It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Antonio Martin Costa, surrounded by his family on December 28th, 2022, at the age of 91. Beloved husband of Margarida. Loving father of Martin (Evangelina), Louis (Susy), Walter (Marisa), Debra (Steven) and Margaret. Cherished grandfather of Vanessa, Matthew, Andrew, Monica, Siera, Marcus, and Jacob. Antonio will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all his extended relatives and friends.
The Costa family would like to thank their family and friends for all their prayers and support. Lastly, the family would like to thank the incredible teams at Trillium Health Partners for their commitment to improving Antonio’s quality of life and for their compassionate care during his short stay.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Trillium Health Partners Foundation. Antonio will be greatly missed by the many lives he touched. Our lives will not be the same without him.
