Obituary
Passed peacefully away at Glenbrook Lodge Nursing Home, St. John’s, on Monday, September 2, 2024, Anthony Joseph Yetman, of St. Mary’s, St. Mary’s Bay, aged 85 years.
Predeceased by his wife Marion, son Mark, granddaughter Adrianna, parents James & Ellen Yetman; sisters: Marie (Bill) Wonders, Mary (Bill) Rogers, Josephine (Vince) Power, Theresa (John) Ford, Violet (Alec) Byrne, Madeline (Michael) Cahill and Catherine (John) Cahill; brothers: Willie (Rita) Yetman, Bernard (Marg) Yetman, John (Hilda) Yetman and Jimmy Yetman, brother-in-law Kevin Critch and other members of the Yetman Family.
Leaving to mourn daughter Barbara (Dean), daughter-in-law Karen; grandchildren: Emma & Adrian and Tyler & Travis, sister Mercedes Critch, his faithful companion Mary Quirke and her family and a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
A special thank you is extended to all the staff and caregivers at Tobin’s Personal Care Home, Holyrood, 7 East – St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital and Glenbrook Lodge for their care and support over the past few years.
Cremation has taken place. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, September 7, 2024, at 1:00pm, at Our Lady of the Assumption Church, St. Mary’s. Burial to follow at the «Old Cemetery» in St. Mary’s.
