Obituary of Anna Nardini
Passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of family and into the loving arms of her soulmate Marino and precious daughter Marina Forbes (late Randy). Cherished mother and best friend of her daughters Rita D’Agostini (Doug) and Cristina Nogalo (Mark). Devoted Nona of Jennifer Kaminski (Roman), Jordan Forbes (Brianna), Michael D’Agostini (Kait), Ashley Barzan (Guy), Daniel (Sophie), Matthew (Erica), and Nicolas Nogalo (Rachel). Favorite lady finger baker Bisnona of Logan, Natalie, Nathan, Mila, Dean, Benjamin and Samuel Nogalo, Hudson and Ruby Forbes, Cooper D’Agostini, Lennon Barzan, Natalia and Julianna Kaminski. Daughter of the late Guiseppe and Palma Rossi of Fano, Italy. Sister of the late Nora Biagiarelli (late Mario), late Nello Rossi (late Nella), late Maria Battistelli (late Ivo), all of Fano, Italy and late Luisa Fronzi (late Primo) of Sault Ste. Marie. Daughter-in-law of the late Ennio and Eda Nardini of Italy. Sister-in-law of the late Emidio (Rosina), Gianna Bardovagni (Remo) of Italy, and the late Joe (Zena) Nardini. Special Aunt of many in Italy and Sault Ste. Marie.
Mom was a woman of courage who immigrated to Canada at the young age of 20 to marry the man whom she would begin a legacy with. She soon became a member of the Elettra Marconi Society and continued to be a present and proud member. She never hesitated to make new friends. Wherever she went, her beautiful smile and kind heart would pull you in and make you a friend for life. Mom had many dear and devoted friends, too many to mention, but will always be remembered.
Friends and family are invited to visit at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road, 705-945-7758) on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A funeral mass will be held at St. Gerard Majella Church (211 Pentagon Blvd) on Thursday, April 27, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. with Father Alex Saurianthadathil officiating. Entombment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum. Memorial donations to the SAH Cancer Care Fund or Group Health Center Trust Fund would be appreciated by the family.
