Obituary
Whyte, Ann (nee Pope) – At the age of 79, passed away suddenly February 14, 2023 at Trenton Memorial Hospital.
She was born May 27, 1943 in Trenton Ontario to the late Louis and Mary Pope. She married
her long time love, Patrick Whyte, in July of 1970 who preceded her in death in 2014.
Ann was always very kind and supportive and had an open door policy never hesitating to help
family and friends if needed. She will be remembered for her sought-after Sunday spaghetti and
meatball dinners and the family and friend gatherings that it brought.
Ann was the beloved mother of David Whyte and Tim Whyte (Jen), proud Nana of Jordan
(Chris), Briar, Chad and Ty. Cherished sister of the late Nancy (late George) Whittle, Theresa
(late Mac) McKenzie, Louise (Doug Young) Wight, late John (Margo) Pope, Betty (Jerry)
Jenkins, Jane (late Ken) Yardy and Bob (late Betty Ann) Pope.
Family and friends are invited for visitation on Tuesday February 21st from 1:00pm – 2:00pm followed by a Funeral Service at 2:00 pm at Weaver Family Funeral Home 29 Bay Street, Trenton.
