In Celebration of
Ann Anderson
November 7, 1936 –
October 16, 2024
In loving memory of Ann Anderson (nee Chalmers) who passed away peacefully on October 16th, 2024. Predeceased by her husband Jim Anderson. She will be lovingly remembered by her children and their spouses Jim, Bill and Sarah, and David, her grandchildren Jack, Sam, Nicole, and Mackenzie and her sister Jane Bolton. She is predeceased by her brother Peter (Dora) and brother- in-law Lorne. Ann had a passion for watercolour painting and found immense joy in her art classes. Her creativity and kindness shone through every brushstroke, and her art class friends held a special place in her heart. She loved traveling with friends, always eager to explore new places and share adventures. Ann treasured every moment with those she loved. Each trip was a story to tell and a reminder of the deep connections she made along the way. Ann was also deeply committed to service, earning the Provincial Life Member award from the Hospital Auxiliaries Association of Ontario for her 20 years of dedicated work. This award was a testament to her significant impact and heartfelt contributions. She will be interred in a private ceremony at Mount Pleasant Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, sympathy may be expressed through donations to Sunnybrook Hospital Cancer Center or a charity of your choice.
