Ana Galat (Nee Baiceanu)
Ana passed away peacefully at Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital with her daughter by her side. Survived by her husband and best friend of 74 years George, her only child Rosemarie, granddaughter Crystal, grandson Mark and great granddaughter Lily. Ana was a very generous woman who donated to many charities. She was always optimistic and her favourite saying was «the roses will always bloom again.» Ana has now bloomed again in her Holy Fathers garden.
A visitation will take place on Wednesday February 1, 2023 at Holy Resurrection Romanian Orthodox Church (278 MacNab St. N.) beginning at 11:30 am. A funeral mass will follow beginning at 12 pm. Internment will take place at Woodland Cemetery in Burlington.
