Obituary
Fenton, Amy (nee Walton) passed away peacefully at the Southampton Hospital surrounded by family, on Wednesday, April 3, 2024 in her 46th year. Amy was born in the Southampton Hospital on March 4, 1979.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Dave, her loving parents, Allan and Linda, and by her sisters, Bernice (James) and Katie. She is also survived by Dave’s parents, Cheryl (Jim), and Tom (Cathy), and by Dave’s sister, Jodi and her husband Shane Bradfield and Sara and her husband Josh Fritzley. Fondly remembered by nieces Ayla, Rebecca (Abdalla) and Cassidy and nephew Benjamin, whom she had a very special bond with and loved them dearly. Also survived by Dave’s grandmother Joan Waring.
Amy attended George Brown College after high school and most recently worked as office administrator at Lakerange Service Centre with her husband Dave, who owns the business.
Amy will be missed by many friends and relatives. She had a wide circle of friends, and everyone who knew her loved her.
Private family interment of ashes at Sanctuary Park Cemetery, Port Elgin.
A gathering to celebrate the life of Amy Fenton will be held at the Lakeshore Recreation Centre, Port Elgin, on Saturday, April 13 from 2 to 5 PM
