The family of the late Alice Ruth Victoria Dunstan are saddened to announce her passing at Peterborough Regional Health Centre on September 2, 2024 at the age of 88. Alice (Dumas) Dunstan, beloved wife of the late Thomas (Tom) Irwin Dunstan, loving mother of Doug Michaelides and wife Jean of Ottawa, David Michaelides and his late wife Minelle of Toronto, Todd Dunstan and wife Tracy of Argyle, Manitoba, Jon Dunstand and wife Cindy of Maynooth, Sean Dunstan and wife Krista of Eganville and Leann Mollison (Dunstan) and husband Garry of Georgetown. Alice will be lovingly remembered by her ten cherished grandchildren in whom she delighted and a growing number of great grandchildren. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to Alice’s dear friend and caregiver, Bernice Aide for her kindness and devotion over so many years. Alice was born in Toronto on November 25, 1935, the only daughter of Victor Aldonia Dumas and Ruth Lauray Jones. The family would also like to thank the Bancroft community for many years of happiness, including most recently, the staff of Riverstone Retirement Residence and briefly, at Hastings Centennial Manor. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Neuman Family Funeral Home.
