In Loving Memory of Alfonsa Fiocco
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our loving mother, Alfonsa Fiocco, who left us peacefully, surrounded by her loved ones on October 5th, 2024. She is now reunited with her cherished husband, Elvio Fiocco, and her dear common-law partner, Nicola Di Biase. Her passing marks the end of a beautiful and fulfilled journey, but the legacy of love she leaves behind will forever echo in our hearts.
Alfonsa came to Canada in 1964 and worked as a very talented seamstress. She was a devoted mother to her two sons, Fabio (Natalie) and Steven (Stacey), who were her pride and joy. She raised them with boundless love, kindness, and wisdom, and they carry her spirit forward in everything they do. Her grandchildren, Daniel, Dylan, Julia, Anthony, and her step-grandchildren, Ashely, Christine, and Kyle will always remember their “Nonna” as the warm heart of the family, a woman who delighted in their joys and accomplishments. Her love for them was immeasurable, and her presence will forever be felt in their lives.
Alfonsa’s strength and grace were admired by all, and her nurturing soul will be truly missed by her siblings, Angela, Giuliano, Quinto, and Settimo. Together, they shared a deep bond that lasted a lifetime and will continue to live on in cherished memories.
Those who knew Alfonsa will remember her for her love of music and dancing, unshakable love, her deep-rooted compassion, and her ability to brighten any room with her gentle presence. She was a beacon of warmth, offering comfort and kindness to everyone around her. Her legacy of love, family, and unwavering support will continue to inspire those fortunate enough to have known her.
Though we say goodbye for now, our mom Alfonsa will forever remain in our hearts. Her love is a light that will never dim. May she rest in eternal peace, embraced once again by those she loved so dearly.

Visitations will take place at the DeMarco Funeral Home (Woodbridge Chapel) (8003 Weston Road, Woodbridge, Ontario, Tel-905-850-9500) on Wednesday October 9th, 2024 from 2-4 & 6-9pm. The Funeral Service will be celebrated the following day on Thursday October 10, 2024 at 10am at Saint Augustine of Canterbury Roman Catholic Church (80 Shoreham Dr, North York, Ontario)
Entombment to follow at Beechwood Cemetery (7241 Jane Street, Concord, Ontario).
