PARE, Alexander “Al”
Surrounded by the love of his family, Al passed away peacefully on June 19th, 2024 at the age of 87. Cherished husband of 64 years to Bernice. Loving father to Kevin & Nancy Pare, Sherry Pare, Tom & Olivia Pare and Robert & Christie Pare. Proud Papa to Casey, Christopher, Nicholas, Brandon, Andrew, Katie, Ben, Justin, Desiree, Jacqueline, Alex, late Jeffrey, Tyler, Brooke, Kayla and Shayne. Great-Grandfather to Adriana, Tristan, Jakob Ava, Thomas, Michael, Logan, Mikayla and Krista. Dear brother to Ruth Hyatt (John), the late Delores Menuier (survived by Joe), Barb Pare, the late Carol Reaume, Ken Pare (Bobbie), the late Bobby Pare, the late Don Pare (survived by Ann) and the late Donna Pare. Uncle Al will be remembered by numerous nieces and nephews.
Al was the jack of all trades. From home builder, to real estate agent, donut maker, restaurant owner and heating and cooling contractor there wasn’t any new adventure Al wouldn’t take on. Al was always up for a good time, enjoying dancing, joking, cooking and loved to laugh. Joining early and needing his father’s permission to join, Al served in the Navy for five years. For Special thank you to the nursing staff at H.D.G.H. Prince Road and Transition to Betterness for their care and compassion shown to Al over the last year and a half.
