1934-2023
With her family by her side, Glenna Andersen of New Denmark, NB,
passed away peacefully at the Victoria Glen Manor on April 12,
2023.
Glenna was born in Bon Accord, NB, on August 28, 1934. She was the
daughter of the late Ralph and Aleen (White) Green. Glenna leaves
behind her daughters, Diana Andersen of New Denmark, NB, and Julianna
Francoeur of Perth-Andover, NB; her son, Richard «Rick»
Andersen of New Denmark, NB; seven grandchildren and thirteen great
grandchildren; her sisters, Sheila Linton (Bill) of Three Brook, NB,
Sharon Price of Woodstock, NB, Donna Virtanen of Caribou, ME; her
brother, Fred Green (Donna) of Plaster Rock, NB; along with many
nieces and nephews.
Glenna was predeceased by her parents; her husband, Ancher Andersen in
2016; her great granddaughter, Destiny Andersen; her sisters, Ruby
Robertson, Agnes Pelletier, Bertha Moran, Sybil Oliver, Aldeen Green,
Kathleen Wark, Doris Reed, and Brenda Simpson; her brothers, Fred
Green, Ralph Green, Redorn Green, Carroll Green, and Charles
Green.
Respecting Glenna’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral
held. A graveside service will be held this summer in the Maple Grove
Cemetery in New Denmark, NB.
For those who wish, memorial donations to the Victoria Glen Manor
Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home,
Perth-Andover, NB.
