With broken hearts we announce the passing of Thomas “Tom” Mugford on Saturday, November 16, 2024 following a brief illness with brain cancer. Born is Makinsons on October 4, 1954 to Tom and Sarah (McGrath) Mugford.
He leaves to mourn with cherished memories:
Wife of 47 years: Gladys Parsons
Children: Allison (Craig), & Amy (Chris)
Grandchildren: Jesse & Claire
Siblings: Marie Mugford, Rose (Sid) Moore, Lloyd (Kate) Mugford & Alice Efford
Siblings-in-law: Phyllis Russell (Jim Street), Elaine (Carl) Tucker, Florrie Mugford, Tom Lane, Christina Mugford, Ralph Osmond & Sarah Parsons

The family will be receiving relatives and friends at Slade’s Funeral Home, L.T. Stick Drive, Bay Roberts on Sunday: 7-9 P.M. and Monday: 10:30 A.M.-12 Noon, 2-5 P.M. & 7-9 P.M. There will be no donations by request of the family.
The Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, November 19, 2024 at 2 P.M. from the Anglican Church of the Resurrection, South River. Interment will follow at St. Andrew’s Anglican Cemetery, Makinsons.
