Obituary of Pat Graham
GRAHAM, Pat (Edith Patricia)
September 18, 1936 – October 20, 2024
Our Precious mom passed away after a long battle with dementia at 88 years of age. She was predeceased by her husband Al Graham in 2009.
Pat was born in London Ontario to Archie and Margaret Ireland and lived her life in Tillsonburg, till shemet our Dad. She was the oldest of four siblings, her sister Jeanne (Doug) Cowan, the late Larry Ireland (Betty Ireland) and the late and youngest Jerry Ireland. Nephews and one Niece, will mourn her loss.
She raised three children, Marie Illerbrun-Granger (Scott Granger), Sandie Graham (late husband Ray Bolier) , and Brad Graham (Ruth Graham).
From there ten grandchildren were added to the family; Kerry Rae, Bev (Derek) Watson,the late Reyna Illerbrun, Jayme Illerbrun, Craig (Jennifer) Bolier, Sam Granger (Alysha Kooter), Kyla Nickurak, Colton (Jessica)Willam, James Graham and Braden Graham.
A plethora of great-grandchildren have also blessed the family; Spencer, Avary, Jackson, Taylor, Peyton, Callie, Beckett, Brynn, Caydence, Aubrey, Madi, Krista, and Peighton.
Many memories are stored in the hearts of the family from years in London, Vineland and Guelph. Our Parents settled in Guelph in 1969 where they had a family business; Al Graham Photography. Mom also furthered her career at Spectrum Colour Lab and Ponds Camera. Mom and Dad spent the last years of their lives together at Pike lake where their hearts knew they would be living amongst trees and water. Weare so thankful for that part of their lives.
Mom has spent her last years at St Joseph’s Health Centre, where she was lovingly cared for in all her different stages of dementia. We are so very thankful for the staff there that loved her in every way in Elmwood East. At this time, we are also thankful for the care from Brombal Funeral Home.
Rest in Peace Mom, as you are now in Dad’s arms once again.
