August 20,1959 to September 22, 2024.
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our brother and uncle. Jeff has arrived in the arms of our parents Lloyd and Eileen (May) Boomer. Left to mourn is his faithful dog Elvis and his sister Holli Linn (Jean Guy) and brother Brad Boomer (Melanie) Nephews Justin (Jackie), Kyle, Robert and niece Jenny (Cole). Great nephews Tyler and Sawyer and great niece Madison. Special stepmom Barbara Johnson. Along with many family and friends. We would like to thank Georgian Bay General Hospital for their excellent care and kindness. A special thank you to Dr Button and Dr Majeed and nurses Nikki and Stella who went over and beyond to care for all of us. Since the cancer was so fast (2 weeks) we were lost. We would also like to thank the neighbors in Tiny, Ontario, who made us feel like family. No wonder Jeff loved living there! Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held in the Corbett Funeral Home Chapel, 95 Dundas Street, N., Cambridge on Saturday, September 28, 2024, at 11 am with visitation 1 hour prior to service time. Followed by a light reception. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to Georgian Bay General Hospital Palliative Care 1 North.
