Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Gerry Babcock, in his 96th year, at Ottawa Queensway Carleton Hospital on February 23, 2023.
Gerry enjoyed living in Eganville with his wife and best friend Beverley Kirk. He will be greatly missed by his children Millie Ford (Arnie), Linda Clark (Rob), Debbie Myers (Gord). Predeceased by son Garnet (Diane). Gerry will also be missed by his loving grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, step children and friends.
Respecting Gerry’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A service will be held at St. James The Less in Eganville on Saturday March 4, 2023 at 11:00 am.
Interment of ashes in Holy Trinity Cemetery, Plevna, Ontario by Heubner Funeral Home (Barry’s Bay) will be announced at a later date.
