Celebrating the Life of Denyse Levac. It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Denyse Levac on August 24th, 2024. Denyse had a mischievous spirit and a love for life that was evident in her constant joking and playful demeanor. She had a way of making everyone feel special and loved. Denyse’s heart was as big as her sense of humor. She was an active volunteer at the Ingersoll Seniors Centre, where she created lasting friendships and made a significant impact on her community. Her many beloved friends will miss her dearly. She is survived by her younger sister, Claire Boucher. Sandy Muir, with whom she shared a significant part of her life, along with his daughter, Margaret Alexander. Denyse was a treasured grandmother to Britney Canas, Nicole Nielsen, and Hayden Alexander. She was also a proud great-grandmother to Lincoln and Lilly Canas, and Everleigh-Ann Wilkinson. In her final days, Denyse was blessed to meet her youngest great-granddaughter, Everleigh-Ann Wilkinson. The moment was filled with love as Everleigh-Ann grabbed Denyse’s finger, making her light up with joy. Denyse was profoundly thankful to Nicole for giving her the chance to meet her last great-grandchild. Denyse spent her last days surrounded by her sister, many family members, and friends. We will be hosting a celebration of Denyse’s life in the near future, and details will be provided as soon as arrangements have been made. Her memory will continue to bring joy and laughter to those who knew her.
