Les was predeceased by his father John and mother Hilda Myers. The love of his life Sandy; son-in-law Allen Beers; brothers-in-law: Dennis, Frank and Garth; father-in-law Frank LaRose and his fur babies: Tonka, Casey and Shadow.
He leaves behind his daughter Miranda Beers and children: Cody, Jacob and Hannah and special adopted granddaughter Paiyton Frayn and his great grand babies: Carter, Axxel and Kingston Beers; daughter Amanda (David) Ribalkin and their children: Asia, Nevada and Austin; son Adam (Vanessa) Powder and their children: Damian, Jaxson, Kaleb, Nessada, Kaymon, Eli and Lennix; son Levi and his family; daughter Natasha and her family and son Mathew and his family as well as many other family and friends and his fur babies: Harley, Milo and Smoke.
Les was a hard working man. He worked for Co-op Foods for many years and then moved over to work for the City of Weyburn for 20+ years until he made the decision to retire due to his health.
Les had overcome many health challenges from brain tumor, strokes and bowel cancer and many injuries from his work at the city. He had a big heart and never had a bad thing to say about anyone. He just went with ‘it is what it is’ kind of attitude. He rarely complained about anything, he was a very quiet man who was a lover and not a fighter.
He loved his close immediate family with all his heart. He will be greatly missed and forever loved.
Cremation has taken place, and he will be buried with his wife Sandy in Regina, SK at a later date.
Memorial donations can be made in Les’s name to either the Heart & Stroke Foundation or to any Animal Shelter of your choice.
