Passed away at home after a long illness on July 21, 2024 at the age of 96. Loving wife to Louis after 53 years of marriage. Beloved daughter to late John Sr.and Jean Fedak (nee Lashewicz). Dear sister of late Eva (late Danny) Brice, late Hank (late Bernice), late Joe (Millie), Late George (Jeanette), late Mike (late Isabelle), late Teddy (late Margaret), and John. Loving aunt to many nieces and nephews.
Annie dedicated employee for 48 years at Commercial Printing. She had a love of travel, enjoyed being around her family and friends. Known as a shopper, always looking for a bargain. She was proud of her Ukrainian heritage and made awesome pierogies and cabbage rolls. Enjoyed her bowling nights. Annie was proud of the fact that she drove her 2007 Buick until the age of 95 and that she was accident free that whole time. Annie will always be remembered as having a big heart, and sitting back to enjoy the conversations that were going on around her and munching on her favorite chocolates and glass of red wine.
The family would like to thank the staff and nurses at Windsor Regional Hospital, Ouellette Campus and the PSW’s of Para-Med and family doctor Dr. Kevin Bizwas.
Visitation at Families First, 3260 Dougall Ave., South Windsor, 519-969-5841 on Wednesday, July 24, 2024 from 3-5 and 7-9pm. Visiting continues on Thursday at 10:30am until time of Service at 11:00am. Procession to follow at Heavenly Rest.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to a charity of your choice in Annie’s name would be appreciated.
