It is with broken hearts we announce the
passing of Judy Lucille Grant, age 65, of
Springhill. Judy passed away on Saturday, July 13th at the QE11 Health
Science Centre in Halifax.
Born in Springhill, she was the daughter
of the late Henry and Louise (Weatherbee) MacDonald.
Judy loved every second of being
pampered. She loved her children and grandchildren with everything she
had. She loved music and dancing and sitting back, listening in on the
conversations. She loved going to bingo, playing cards, and going to
yard sales. She was an amazing mother, grandmother, aunt, and
sister.
Judy will be dearly missed by her
husband David, children Aileen (Justin), Davey (Nicole); Grandchildren
Stephanie, Cameron, Hayley, Elizabeth, Stetson, Shyann, Hunter,
Trinity, Annika, Sadie, Owen; brothers and sisters Bonnie, Sonny
(Sandy), Shelly (Robert), Gloria, Wayne (Darlene), Barb (Kevin) and
sister in law Anne.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased
by her granddaughter Isabelle Jane, her first husband David Sullivan,
siblings Mary and Aubrey, and brother in laws Carson Fitzgerald, and
Tom Holden.
Arrangements are under the care and
direction of the A. H. Brown Funeral
Home, 5 McFarlane Street, Springhill, (902 597 2361). A
graveside service will take place on Wednesday, July 17th, 2024 at 2
PM at the Springhill Junction Cemetery.
