It is with much sadness that we announce the death of Linda Martha DeMerchant of Scott Siding on Friday June 14, 2024, at the Upper River Valley Hospital at the age of 73.
Linda was born in in Bath NB on April 19, 1951, to the late George W and Dorothy F (Parsons) DeMerchant.
Linda is survived by her children , Chris (Kim) DeMerchant, Tracy (Amanda) DeMerchant, Troy (Natalie) DeMerchant, Mitchell (Elise) DeMerchant, Mona (Tom ) Broad, grandchildren, Chance(Caley) DeMerchant, Jesse & |Emma DeMerchant, Samantha(Mitchell) DeMerchant, Melinda (Dakota) Broad, Katelyn Broad, Mary (AJ) Broad, Jessica(Kyle) DeMerchant, Stevie DeMerchant, Lacey DeMerchant, Tanner DeMerchant, Orlando DeMerchant, Mia DeMerchant, Melissa ( Will ) Sewell, Matt Meade, Tammy (Mike ) Jones, Jack |Metherell, Great-Great Grandchildren, Bryson, Haley, Lily, Brynn, Ransom, Lucas, Lexi, and Abel.
Her siblings, Francis Cunningham, Sandra Luke, Donna VanTassel, Jerry DeMerchant, David DeMerchant, Darren DeMerchant, Denise O’Donnell, Wendy Blair and Joseph DeMerchant.
Besides her parents, Linda was predeceased by her husband Malcolm DeMerchant, grand daughter Kristin, grand sons Tanner and Justin, siblings, Jean Ann Morgan, Georgia Boyd, Gerald DeMerchant, and Diana Boyd.
Keeping with Linda’s wishes there will not be a public visitation or funeral service.
If so desired, donations in Linda’s memory can be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
