WILLICK, Ann (nee: Bermel) – Passed away peacefully at Crescent Park Lodge on Saturday June 1, 2024 at the age of 100. Beloved wife of the late Harold Willick (2008). Loving mother of Hal (Jane Anne) Willick and Dianne (Leroy) Lightheart. Doting grandmother of Jenni (David) Shaw, Joshua (Nicole) Lightheart, Colleen (Jay) Newton and Annie (Mike) Potalivo. Caring great-grandmother of Braedon, Wyatt, Teagan Shaw, Leah, Logan Lightheart, Talia, Adelaide, Lewis Potalivo, Tucker, and Casey Newton. She will be missed by her great-niece Marna Bermel-Kopp. Ann was born on November 3, 1923 in Schondorf, Romania and moved to Canada in 1936 where she married the love her life Harold on April 10, 1948. In her later years, her great-grandchildren were the centre of her thoughts. Always asking and making sure they were happy and loved. Ann s family would like to thank the staff at Crescent Park Lodge for the wonderful and attentive care she received while there for the past 18 months.
Friends and family are invited to MORSE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 5917 Main Street, Niagara Falls on Thursday June 6, 2024 from 11 am to 1 pm. A funeral service to celebrate her life will take place at 1 pm at the funeral home. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Church Cemetery in Stevensville.
